5 short tips. ~30 seconds.

1. Daily Drills

Open the app every day. Tap + on each drill as you do them. When all 4 drills hit their target, you clear the day and earn a +100 XP bonus.

Default targets: 1 mi run, 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 50 squats. Adjust in Status.

2. Levels & Ranks

Earn XP from drills, workouts, and quests. XP scales geometrically — early levels are fast, top tiers take work.

Rank ladder:

Starting (Lv 1) → Building (5) → Consistent (10) → Committed (20) → Intermediate (35) → Advanced (50) → Pro (75) → Elite (100)

3. Streaks & Consequences

Show up: Streak grows. XP gained scales up to 2× at 30 days.

Miss 1 day: Streak freezes. One free pass.

Miss 2+ days: Streak resets, XP decays 5%/day, levels can drop.

No infinite leveling without consistency. The System is honest.

4. The Tools

Exercises · 295 movements with form GIFs. Log custom workouts.

Quests · Side missions. Add your own. Each = +XP.

Fuel · Snap a photo → AI estimates calories & macros. No protein dogma.
